This new AI powered search, especially as it relates to informational searches, is in danger of becoming a snake eating it's own tail. Once the websites that generate all of this information get zero value for doing so they'll quit, then everything ChatGPT et al get their info from will vanish, leaving the only source for future AI search results being past AI search results creating a self-diluting loop of quality and value.
